70% of all out-of-hospital cardiac events occur in homes. Thus, we need family, friends, and neighbors trained and confident in providing CPR. A majority of other medical emergencies occur in homes too, so we need to be First Aid trained.
Coming in August 2019, St. John CPR is providing private, in-home CPR and First Aid training. Loved ones will learn to recognize medical emergencies such as cardiac arrest, heart attack, bleeding, and stroke, and actions that will significantly impact survivability.
